We look at the slab and give it to you straight. If the concrete is sound and just tired — surface stains, minor cracks, faded sealer — we pressure wash it, repair the cracks and spalling, and put down a fresh seal that brings the color back. If it's sunken, heaved or cracked all the way through, the honest fix is to tear it out and repour a properly based slab that lasts.

Do you do decorative overlays or resurfacers?
No. Thin overlays crack and peel in the Florida sun and rain, especially around pools. If a slab is sound we clean, repair and reseal the real concrete; if it isn't, we tear it out and repour. You get one solid surface, not a coating hiding a bad slab.
How do I know if mine can be saved or needs replacing?
Surface stains, faded sealer and hairline cracks usually mean a clean-and-reseal will do. Sinking, big cracks you can catch a shoe on, or sections that rock underfoot usually mean the base failed — and that only gets fixed by repouring. We'll look and tell you honestly.
How often should a Florida slab be resealed?
Every few years for most patios and decks, a little more often for surfaces in full sun all day or heavy pool use. Sealing is the cheapest thing you can do to make concrete last down here.
Can you fix spalling and flaking on my driveway or deck?
